I am not a Washington County resident? Can I still make an appointment?

Yes! Agape provides Washington County residents and residents in all surrounding counties (Sullivan, Carter, etc.) with 100% free and confidential services. We provide services regardless of immigration status. Upon arrival at your appointment, you can provide any form of ID that has your name, photo, and date of birth.

I need to apply for employer insurance. Can you help?

Absolutely! Following the confirmation of a positive pregnancy test, Agape can provide you with the documentation you need to provide your employer so that you can receive their stated benefits available to help ensure a healthy pregnancy.

I’m new to this area. Will this document help me apply for TennCare?

If you are new to this area, TennCare is Tennessee’s managed Medicaid agency. A Verification of Pregnancy will be needed to apply. We are glad to walk you through this process and help you submit an application.

Is a written Verification of Pregnancy test free?

Yes! All of Agape’s services are 100% free and confidential. We receive no financial gain from your decision. We are able to provide free services to you because of generous support from local individuals, institutions, and businesses – from your community.

How do I know if I should take a pregnancy test?

If you have recently had unprotected sex, missed a period, or are experiencing some of these pregnancy symptoms, it might be a good idea to take a pregnancy test. Remember, if you are sexually active, it is possible to get pregnant even if you are using birth control.
